How to build a decarb unit

  • Identifying interdependencies, gaps, and opportunities for building an efficient decarbonization unit. Outlining the structure and recommending focus areas, such as fx. data foundation, sustainability, finance/risk management, innovation, etc. Including also guidance on implementation - and what not to do.
